It can improve the processing flowability of melt, reduce the screw processing torque, and reduce the processing current. It can improve the extrusion speed and the dispersion of inorganic substances in the system, increase the melt strength and improve the melt fracture, in the mean while, it can improve the molding and remolding effect. Recommended for calender, injection, extrusion plastics production and granulation process in order to improve the surface glossiness, brightness, surface smoothness, and improve appearance quality.
Characteristics:
  1. Good internal and external lubrication and surface brightness. Moderate compatibility, good thermal stability, good film forming ability, long-term brightness can improve the colorful of the master batch, and does not affect the physical properties of the final product;
  2. Good anti adhesive and molding release;
  3. Good dispersibility for paints and fillers;
  4. Having a high melting point and a low melt viscosity matched with good migratory property; 
  5. For recycle plastic granulation: it can significantly improve the grade of the granulated products and increase the cracking resistance (can reduce the embitterment caused by filler), at the same time improve color depth or yellow in the recycling process.
  6. Highly improve the viscosity increases problem in the regeneration of recycled PE materials; obviously improve the durable brightness in the processing of plastic and good forming performance.
